Operating at 60,000 PSI, moving in 2 computer-controlled directions, on a cutting surface that is 6’ X 12’, our waterjet is able to cut material of a very wide range of types and thicknesses with water and garnet. We have experience with very thin rubbers, plywood, plexiglass, UHMW, Aluminum, Steel, Marble and Granite. This method is superior to laser and plasma because it can cut materials that would otherwise melt or burn, like rubber, plastics and wood.
The waterjet’s application is perfectly suited for prototypes, part replacements, templates, blanks, signs and bulk part orders.
Operating a PowerMax 105, moving in 3 computer-controlled directions, on a cutting surface that is 6’ X 12’, our plasma table is able to cut material of a range of types and thicknesses. We have experience with Aluminum, Steel (Stainless and Galvanized).
The plasma table’s application is perfectly suited for prototypes, part replacements, templates, blanks, signs and bulk part orders.

We are based in Reeseville, Wisconsin. Our shop and offices are at 202 Harrison Street, just off Highway 16.
We’ve been serving Wisconsin and the Midwest for over 75 years. The company started in 1945 and has remained family-owned ever since.
While we’re best known for our agricultural equipment, we also serve food processing, ethanol plants, power generation, construction materials, and other industrial and manufacturing sectors.
We can design and fabricate almost anything in mild steel, stainless, aluminum, AR steel, or plastics like UHMW. From one-off parts to full assemblies, we handle drafting, machining, welding, and finishing under one roof.
Both. We repair and maintain feed bodies, conveyors, elevators, mixers, and other material-handling equipment—even if we didn’t originally build it. We also offer millwright services and on-site emergency repairs.
We provide both plasma and waterjet cutting. Plasma handles metals like aluminum, stainless, and galvanized steel, while our 60,000 PSI waterjet can cut everything from steel plate to marble, granite, rubber, and composites.
