MWM has manufactured conveyors for a wide variety of products and industries. Our conveyors can be found underground, at ground level, and high in the air. They are operating in farms, feed mills, grain mills, fertilizer plants, Milorganite plants, chicken farms and plants, hemp plants, ethanol plants, industrial wood furnaces, trade shows, and many more applications.

Models

Belt Conveyors

Pros:

  • Smooth, continuous transport ideal for a wide range of bulk materials
  • Gentle on products, reducing damage
  • Versatile for both horizontal and inclined conveying

Cons:

  • Can require more maintenance due to belt wear and tracking issues
  • Not ideal for very abrasive or sharp materials

Chain and Paddle (Spee-d-flow) Conveyors

Pros:

  • Handles higher capacities with efficiency
  • Durable construction for abrasive materials
  • Good for long-distance conveying with consistent flow

Cons:

  • More moving parts increase potential maintenance needs
  • Requires more initial investment compared to simpler designs

Auger Conveyors

Pros:

  • Compact and simple design with fewer moving parts
  • Effective for enclosed conveying of granular or powdered products
  • Cost-effective option for shorter distances

Cons:

  • Less efficient for long-distance conveying
  • Can cause product degradation due to the auger action
  • Higher energy consumption compared to belts for certain materials
